Daniel, membre des Bar-barians, présente un circuit training pour développer ses abdominaux, avoir le  » six pack abs « comme les américains disent. Rien de miraculeux en soi, juste un autre programme à tester pour diversifier vos entraînements ;)

  • Aucun repos entre les exercices
  • 2-3 min de repos entre chaque circuit
  • Répéter 3 à 5 fois
